You will receive order confirmation e-mail post successful payment and order cannot be cancelled. Even after your order is confirmed, price of the product might change if MRP of the product changes. Delivery charges might vary on case-to-case basis at the sole discretion of 'Pravin C Publication' management.

Shipping and Return

We generally ship orders in 2 to 3 working days through our courier partner. If your address or PIN Code is not serviceable by courier, we will try to ship the order via an alternative courier service. In case of additional courier charges, you will have to bear the difference in price. You will be informed about the same via email or message or call, whichever is convenient.

We accept product replacement only in case of damage and wrong item or quantity supplied. In such a case, replacement request will be accepted if made within 2 days of delivery. We do not provide Reverse Pick-Up Facility for any order; you need to send the product by courier with original packaging and invoice tag.
